ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS
Please arrrive ON TIME for your scheduled appointment. If a service begins late due to client tardiness, your service will end at the original scheduled appointment time.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
SPA POLICY
Only patrons recieveing services are permitted inside the spa studio. Please respect the peaceful environment of the spa by keeping voices to a low tone once you have entered the spa suite.
